More Camden Tripe

The latest load of rubbish to be unveiled at the Camden Crap Centre - Whoops! Art Centre - is The Bruce Lacey Experience, a retrospective of decades of dire tripe by "one of Britain's great visionary artists" according to the Camden blurb (CLICK). Above is one of his "robotised assemblages": The Womaniser. The only positive thing I can write about this show is that entry is free. But make no mistake, we are paying for it! The Centre is supported using public funding by Arts Council England. This is proof that Government needs not only to slash Arts Council funding, but also to sack its overpaid directors and replace them with people who actually know something about visual art.
