Richard Hamilton

Today The National Gallery in London opened Richard Hamilton: The Late Works, which runs until 13 January 2013 (CLICK). The artist died last year while preparing the show. So it has become a posthumous testimony to this influential British artist. Some of the works on display have never been seen before by the public. You'll find them in the Sunley Room, admission free. Not to be missed. Top is Hamilton's Balzac (2011). Left is his Descending Nude (2006).
