Best Internet Scam Ever?
Mali gangsters have topped the Nigerian Mafia for the cheekiest Internet scam ever. They conned Aussie sheep farmer Des Gregor, 56, by means of an Internet romance with "Natacha", allegedly a Liberian refugee in her twenties offering a £43,000 dowry to Mr Right. Too good to be true? You're not kidding! To claim his bride, Des romps off to Bamako, the capital of Mali, where he is stripped starkers by machete-wielding thugs who threaten to cut off his limbs if he doesn't cough up a ransom of $86,000. Ever felt you've had the wool pulled over your eyes? Click the title link to find out how Des got safely back to his sheep. Baaaa-aaaa.

I can't stop myself imagining a horde of huge, angry machete-wielding thugs crowded around a computer attempting to seduce an Australian sheep farmer. Proof that reality is crazier than fiction.
And all they had to do was post a picture of a pretty girl on an introductions website! No wonder women think men are daft.
