Is It Art? (Part 1)

No, this isn't art. It's politics. The photo shows a German politician, Andrea Ypsilanti, posing with 328 black balloons to publicize some point about carbon dioxide emissions and global warming. But the image is far more innovative and artistic than the nonsense below. Admittedly Coxsoft Art edited the original image to bring out its best qualities, but it made BBC News' Week in Pictures without my help.
