Veena Nude Update

The Indian and Pakistani press are still obsessed with Veena Malik and her nude photo shoot for FHM India (title link). Her own father, Malik Muhammad Aslam, has condemned her actions and has called upon the Pakistani authorities to take action against her (CLICK). Understandably, Veena is denying the photo shoot ever took place, but contradicts herself by stating that she was "deceived" and "induced" to pose for the magazine. An alternative cover shows her with a hand grenade in her teeth, but this cover was rejected as being too explosive! (Chortle, chortle.) Her lawyer claims the "offences" against her are punishable under the Indian Penal Code and the Information and Technology Act 2000. Veena is suing the FHM editor for Rs 10 crore (a huge sum apparently) and is demanding the magazine be withdrawn and all cover photos removed from the Internet. Fat chance. It also turns out she didn't have a permit to work in India. I've had a closer look at the best image of the FHM cover I could find (CLICK). I see no evidence of a Photoshop job to impose Veena's head on another figure, but there is certainly some poor quality retouching to the body (above). Look under her tummy and you'll see a V where her pubic hair has been airbrushed out (or her knickers) and the highlights on her back and buttock are obvious additions. In fact the digital editing of the photo is so poor that I doubt the artist had the skill to fake the picture.
