Vlad Remanded

Today Vladimir Umanets, real name Wlodzimierz Umaniec, appeared in Camberwell Green magistrates court via video link and pleaded not guilty to criminal damage of a Mark Rothko daub in Tate Passé on Sunday. He's Polish and of no fixed abode. So the magistrates remanded him in custody (CLICK). Let's hope the warders have more sense than to give him any paint!
