Emin Bird Off Again
Tracey Emin's pathetic bronze sparrow, which cost BBC licence payers a ripoff £60,000, has taken flight again. (It first went AWOL in July (CLICK) but was returned.) Even sillier news: the BBC doesn't know who the bird belongs to, despite having footed the bill! Time some featherbrained clot was sacked, Auntie.

Mind-boggling, isn't it? The incompetence (Emin), the extravagance (BBC) and the downright stupidity of not electrifying the bloody thing with 100,000 volts when they did get it back (whoever)!
