Tony Curtis Sale

Next month an auction of property from the estate of the late Hollywood star Tony Curtis will be held in Beverly Hills, following a 10-day exhibition of items for sale (title link). Tony was an artist himself, so the auction will include paintings and sculptures as well as gifts from famous friends. The example shown is Andy Warhol's Some Like It Hot Shoe, which was a gift from the artist, now worth an estimated £18,500 ($30,000). The auction begins on 17 September.
